摘　　要：通过太原某学生公寓采用高压旋喷桩进行地基加固处理,有效地减小了建筑沉降速率,提高了地基承载力,指出高压旋喷桩是一种合理、有效、经济的既有建筑地基加固方法。The paper undertake the basement consolidation treatment by adopting the high-pressure jet-grouting piles at some students' apartment of Taiyuan city, indicates the method can reduce the settlement speed of building and improve the basement loading capacity, and points out the high-pressure jet-grouting pile is the reasonable, effective and money-saving consolidation methods for the existing architectural basements.
