摘　　要：总结我国护理专业学位研究生培养的进展,从护理专业学位研究生的培养目标、能力评价体系的研究、能力提升方案的制定及实施效果、课程体系等方面阐述国内外护理专业学位研究生培养现状,为我国护理专业学位研究生培养与评价提供参考。It summarized the progress of the training of the status quo of master of nursing specialist(MNS)in China.It expounded cultivation status quo of MNS at home and abroad from the training objectives of MNS,the research on the ability evaluation system,the formulation of the capacity improvement program,the implementation effect,and the curriculum system,so as to provide reference for the training and evaluation of MNS.
