预见性护理在妇科恶性肿瘤单孔腹腔镜治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析预见性护理措施在经脐单孔腹腔镜治疗妇科恶性肿瘤中的应用效果。方法收集本院7例经脐单孔腹腔镜治疗的妇科恶性肿瘤患者的临床资料,分析该组患者术前、术后实施预见性护理后的效果。结果预见性护理后,术后并发症发生率降低,患者护理满意度较高。结论对单孔腹腔镜治疗妇科恶性肿瘤手术患者实施预见性护理,提高了护士自我价值,培养了护士的预见性思维。Objective To observe effect of predictive nursing measures in the treatment of gynecological malignancies by laparoscopic single-site surgery.Methods Clinical data of 7 cases with gynecological malignancies treated by laparoscopic single-site surgery were collected in our hospital,and the preoperative and postoperative effects of predictive nursing were summarized and analyzed.Results After predictive nursing,the incidence of postoperative complications was decreased,and nursing satisfaction was elevated.Conclusion Predictive nursing for surgical patients with gynecological malignancies treated by laparoendoscopic single-site surgery can improve self-value of nurses,and cultivate the predictive thinking of nurses.
