手术护理路径对重症颅脑损伤者急诊微创穿刺手术配合效率的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨在重度颅脑损伤急诊微创穿刺手术中应用手术护理路径的临床效果。方法将本院行急诊微创穿刺手术的重度颅脑损伤患者102例患者根据干预方式不同分对照组、观察组,各51例。对照组患者行常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理基础上实施手术护理路径。比较2组抢救时间、抢救效果、瞳孔评分情况。结果观察组手术准备时间、术前检查时间、手术持续时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组抢救成功率高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组术后瞳孔评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论重度颅脑损伤急诊手术配合应用手术护理路径能提高急诊微创穿刺手术的抢救效率,赢得黄金救治时间。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of surgical nursing pathway in emergency minimally invasive puncture surgery for severe craniocerebral injury.Methods A total of 102 patients with severe craniocerebral injury who underwent emergency minimally invasive surgery in our hospital were enrolled in this study.All the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to different intervention methods,with 51 cases in each group.The patients in the control group underwent routine nursing intervention,and those in the observation group were given surgical care pathway based on routine care.The rescue time,rescue effect and pupil score were compared between the two groups.Results The operation preparation time,preoperative examination time and operation duration of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of rescue in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,but no statistical significant difference was observed(P>0.05).The pupil score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The emergency operation of severe craniocerebral injury combined with surgical nursing pathway can improve the rescue efficiency of emergency minimally invasive puncture surgery,and gain gold treatment time.
