摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理对原发性下肢静脉曲张围术期患者的影响。方法选择原发性下肢静脉曲张患者120例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在此基础上加施优质护理干预,观察并比较2组护理效果。结果护理后,观察组皮下血肿消失时间为(3.17±1.16)周,溃疡面消失时间为(3.86±1.17)周,小腿麻木感消退时间为(4.32±2.05)个月,分别显著短于对照组的(3.65±1.10)周、(4.58±2.21)周、(5.54±2.71)个月(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为96.67%,显著高于对照组78.33%(P<0.05)。结论对原发性下肢静脉曲张围术期患者实施优质护理干预,可加快患者恢复进度,减少术后并发症,护理效果显著,且患者护理满意度高。Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative quality nursing for patients with primary varicose veins of lower extremities.Methods A total of 120 patients with primary varicose veins of the lower extremity admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was additionally given quality nursing intervention.The nursing effects of the two groups were observed.Results After high-quality care,the disappearance time of subcutaneous hematoma,the disappearance time of ulcer surface and the numbness of calf senescence in the observation group were(3.17±1.16)weeks,(3.86±1.17)weeks,(4.32±2.05)months,respectively,which were significantly shorter than(3.65±1.10)weeks,(4.58±2.21)weeks,(5.54±2.71)months,respectively,in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of of complications in the observation group was significantly higher that in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group was significantly higher in nursing satisfaction than the control group(96.67%vs.78.33%,P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing intervention for patients with primary varicose veins of the lower extremities can speed up the recovery of patients,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,and has a significant nursing effect,and higher nursing satisfaction.
