快速康复护理在3D打印个体化钛板修复陈旧性颧眶复合体骨折患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察快速康复护理在3D打印个体化钛板修复陈旧性颧眶复合体骨折患者中的应用效果。方法:选取6例陈旧性颧眶复合体骨折患者作为观察对象,患者均接受快速康复护理。统计患者术后住院时间、住院费用、术后张口度、咬合关系、面型对称性、感染情况及患者的护理满意度。结果:患者平均术后住院时间为(6.57±1.23)d,住院总费用为(2.23±0.22)万元,术后2周患者张口度均>3.7 cm;术后1年,患者双侧面型对称、上下颌牙列尖窝关系正常,未见早接触点,咬合关系正常,术区创面未见感染,植入钛板无外露;患者护理满意度平均分为9.7分。结论:快速康复护理应用在3D打印个体化钛板修复陈旧性颧眶复合体骨折患者中可获得良好效果。Objective:To explore application effects of rapid rehabilitation nursing in patients with old zygomatic orbital complex fractures repaired with 3D printing individualized titanium plate.Methods:Six cases of old zygomatic-orbital complex fractures were selected as the observation subjects,and all the patients received the rapid rehabilitation nursing.The postoperative hospital stay,hospitalization cost,postoperative mouth opening,occlusal relationship,facial symmetry,infections and patient satisfaction were statistically analyzed.Results:The average postoperative hospital stay was(6.57±1.23)d,the total hospitalization cost was(22.3±2.2)thousand,and the patient's mouth opening was >3.7 cm 2 weeks after the surgery.One year after the surgery,the patient's bilateral face was symmetry,the relationship between the canine fossea of the upper and lower teeth was normal.There was no early contact point,and the occlusal relationship was normal.No infection was found in the wound area,and the implanted titanium plate was not exposed.Further,the average patient satisfaction was 9.7.Conclusions:Rapid rehabilitation nursing can achieve good application effects in the patients with old zygomatic orbital complex fractures repaired with 3D printing individualized titanium plate.
