摘 要:文章介绍了目前国际上绿色医疗建筑的主流的评价体系,分别为美国的能源与环境设计先导评估体系(LEED)、英国的绿色医院的环境评估法(BREEAM)、日本的建筑物综合环境性能评价体系(CASBEE)和我国的绿色医院建筑评价标准等,从评价体系的制定背景、评价分项、分值分布、权重等方面出发,比较了国内外不同评价体系间的差异,并吸收2014美国发布的针对健康建筑的WELL评价体系的先进性,为我国绿色医疗建筑评价体系的优化提供借鉴和参考。The article introduces current international mainstream for medical architecture in the Leadership in Energy &Environmental Design Building Rating(LEED) in USA,the Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method(BREEAM) in the British, The Comprehensive Assessment System for Building Environmental Efficiency(CASBEE) in Japan and comprehensive environmental performance evaluation system in our country’s green hospital building evaluation standard, etc.The development background, evaluation items, score distribution and weight of the above evaluation system are different. The differences between different evaluation systems are compared, and the advanced WELL evaluation system for healthy buildings released by the United States in 2014 is absorbed, which can provide reference and reference for the optimization of the evaluation system of green medical buildings in China.
