摘　　要：华海清教授认为癌毒内生是原发性肝癌的病理基础,癌毒蓄积流散是发展、浸润转移的根本因素。痰、湿、瘀是本病的病理产物。正气虚损是内在因素,又是该病发展的必然结果。同时,华教授根据原发性肝癌的生理、病理特点,分型辨治,尤擅运用全蝎、壁虎、蜈蚣等毒虫类药物"性善走窜,剔邪搜络,攻坚破积"之性,灵活巧妙地运用于不同证型,验之临床,收效颇多。Professor HUA Haiqing believes that endogenous cancerous toxin is the pathological basis of the liver cancer,and the accumulation and free-running property of cancerous toxin is the fundamental factor of the development and infiltration metastasis of the disease.Phlegm,moisture and blood stasis are the pathological products of the disease.Qi deficiency is an intrinsic factor and also the inevitable result of the development of primary liver cancer.Meanwhile,according to the physiological and pathological features of liver cancer,Professor HUA uses distinguishes treatments in different syndromes,and is particularly good at using scorpio,gecko,centipede and other toxic and insecticide drugs,which have the feature of moving and fleeing smoothly,getting rid of pathogen and searching the main and collateral channels,assaulting fortified positions,flexiblely used in different syndromes,which could obtain notable effects.
