摘  要:由于传统的毛竹育种难以获得创新种质,本课题运用60Coγ射线处理毛竹实生种子。2007—2010年在肥西县苗圃开展了苗期试验,并筛选出16个苗期优株;2011—2017年在广德县开展造林试验,以不辐射的竹苗为对照,并对16个优株的6个生长性状指标连续6年进行差异分析、相关性分析;结合主成分分析和隶属函数法对不同优株的优劣性、稳定性进行综合评价。结果表明:6个生长性状指标在不同优株、不同时期下进行双因素方差分析均达到极显著水平;主成分分析将6个单项指标集约于3个主成分,累积贡献率达94.9%;通过隶属函数值D评价优株的生长质量,优CK-1、优10gy-17生长性状最优,结果与造林试验中生长表型相近。本研究为毛竹辐射优株的选择提供1种可行的方法,同时为进一步筛选毛竹辐射诱变出优异基因类型奠定基础。Because it is difficult to obtain innovative germplasm in traditional bamboo breeding,this topic innovatively uses 60Co gamma ray to treat seedling seeds of bamboo.From 2007 to 2010 years,the seedling stage test was carried out in Feixi county,and 16 superior seedlings were screened out.Then the afforestation experiment was carried out from 2011 to 2017.The 6 growth traits of 16 superior seedlings were analyzed for 6 consecutive years by using unirradiated bamboo seedlings as the control.Difference analysis,correlation analysis,principal component analysis and subordinate function values analysis were used to evaluate the quality and stability of different superior plants.The results show that The differences of 6 growth indexes were significantly different each other in different periods,and different superior plants with two-factor ANOVA,eight single indexes were grouped into two principal components by principal component analysis,and the cumulative contribution rate was 94.9%;The growth quality of superior plants was evaluated by subordinate function value D;The growth characteristics of CK-1 and superior 10gy-17 were the best,and these were similar to the growth phenotypes in afforestation experiments.This study provides a feasible method for the selection of excellent radiative plants of P. pubescens,and lays a foundation for further screening of excellent gene types induced by radiation from P.pubescens.
