摘  要:文章以实际项目为例,探讨了加热盘管及气泡系统作为压载舱防结冰方式的适用性,以及具体的系统设计和相关理论计算。首先参照规范的相关要求,分析压载舱防结冰的热平衡过程,并根据结果分析加热盘管系统所需的能耗及热源设备配备情况。然后引进气泡防结冰的"热储备"理论,根据推导的公式计算系统的气量需求。最后将两种方式进行简单对比,为今后类似船舶压载舱防结冰系统的选用及设计提供参考。Taking a practical project as the object,the paper discusses the applicability of heating coils and air bubbling as the anti-freezing measures for ballast tanks,as well as respective system design and calculation.First,it analyzes the heat balance occurring in the ice formation according to the relevant rules for classification,the result of which is used to analyze the thermal demands of heating coil system.Then it introduces the“heat reserve”theory for air bubbling system,the useful equations derived from which can help to get the air flow rate required by anti-freezing system.At last,through comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the two mentioned approaches,it offers reference for future selection and design of similar ship ballast tank anti-freezing system.
