基于产学研协同创新的通信类专业教学改革研究

摘　　要：目前,中国通信类企业应用型人才的巨大缺口已直接影响到了我国通信类企业的迅速发展及国际竞争力,而高校传统的通信类专业教学模式培养出来的学生很难满足通信技术发展需求。从产学研协同创新的角度出发,从建立产学研协同创新平台、创新协同育人的人才培养模式、校企研互动构建课程内容体系、协同共建校内实验实训室共四方面对通信类本科教学改革的理论和实践进行探讨。本项目涉及的产学研合作单位共12个,初步研究成果已经应用于哈尔滨华德学院与深圳中兴通讯NC教育管理中心合作推动的通信类人才定向培养模式探索与实践。China communications companies applied talents of huge gap,has directly affected the rapid development of communications companies in China and international competitiveness,and the traditional teaching mode of communications made students it is difficult to meet the demand of communication technology development.From the perspective of production,collaborative innovation,to establish production,collaborative innovation platform,the collaborative education personnel training mode,the construction of the interaction between colleges and curriculum content system,coordination and co-building school training rooms off-campus practice base and so on four aspects of undergraduate teaching reform of communication theory and practice are discussed.This project involves a total of 12 industryuniversity-institute cooperation unit,a preliminary study was applied to the Harbin institute of huade cooperate with shenzhenzte NC education management center to promote the communication class talent orientation training mode exploration and practice.
