摘　　要：为满足社会对人才的高需求,部分职业院校建立了院系二级教学管理体系。在对二级教学管理体系不断完善的过程中,其中的不足与问题也逐渐凸显出来,不能满足新时期社会对于职业院校教学管理的需求。因此,高职院校院系二级教学管理体制与运行研究分析势在必行。In order to meet the high demand for talents,some vocational colleges have established the secondary teaching management system of faculties and departments.In the process of perfecting the two-level teaching management system,the deficiencies and problems are also gradually highlighted,which can not meet the needs of the society for the teaching management of vocational colleges in the new period.Therefore,it is imperative to study and analyze the two-level teaching management system and operation in higher vocational colleges and faculties.
