MT1-MMP、LncRNA SNHG15、YAP联合检测在甲状腺癌中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探究模型基质金属蛋白酶1(MT1-MMP)、长链非编码RNA SNG15(LncRNA SNHG15)、Yes相关蛋白(YAP)联合检测在甲状腺癌中的诊断价值。方法选取该院2015年7月至2017年7月确诊的甲状腺癌患者共186例作为观察组,与同期健康者50例作为对照组,比较两组研究对象组织MT1-MMP、LncRNA SNHG15、YAP表达水平,并比较甲状腺癌不同临床病理参数与MT1-MMP、LncRNA SNHG15、YAP表达水平的关系。结果观察组组织MT1-MMP、LncRNA SNHG15及YAP表达阳性率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。瘤体直径大于2cm的YAP表达水平明显高于瘤体直径小于2cm(P<0.05)。出现包膜浸润的YAP及LncRNA SNHG15表达水平明显高于未出现包膜浸润的组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。出现淋巴转移的组织MT1-MMP表达水平明显高于未出现淋巴转移的组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TNM分级为Ⅲ级和Ⅳ级的组织YAP表达水平明显高于Ⅰ和Ⅱ级的组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MT1-MMP的高表达与甲状腺癌包膜浸润和淋巴转移有关,YAP与甲状腺癌更强的增殖能力有关,LncRNA SNHG15与包膜浸润密切相关。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of combined detection of MT1-MMP,LncRNA SNHG15 and YAP in thyroid carcinoma.Methods A total of 186 thyroid carcinoma patients from July 2015 to July 2017 were selected as the observation group and 50 healthy patients were selected as control group.The expression levels of MT1-MMP,LncRNA SNHG15,and YAP in tissues of the two groups were compared.The relationships between the clinical pathological parameters of thyroid carcinoma and the expression levels of MT1-MMP,LncRNA SNHG15,YAP were analyzed.Results The positive rate of MT1-MMP,YAP and LncRNA SNHG15 in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P﹤0.05).The expression level of YAP in tumors larger than 2 cm diameter was significantly higher than that in tumors less than 2 cm(P﹤0.05).The expression level of YAP and LncRNA SNHG15 with envelope infiltration were significantly higher than those without envelope infiltration(P﹤0.05).The expression level of MT1-MMP in lymph node metastasis group was significantly higher than that in non-lymphatic metastasis group(P﹤0.05).The expression level of YAP in gradesⅢandⅣof TNM were significantly higher than those in gradesⅠandⅡ(P﹤0.05).Conclusion High expression level of MT1-MMP is associated with infiltration of thyroid carcinoma capsules and lymphatic metastasis.YAP is associated with greater proliferative capacity of papillary thyroid carcinoma,and LncRNA SNHG15 is closely associated with infiltration of capsules.
