摘 要:目的探讨无偿献血长效机制建设在血液供应紧缺中的应用效果。方法对广西部分血站2013年4月-2015年3月工作人员行为进行分析,根据不同年限将其分为对照组(2013年4月-2014年3月,不建立无偿献血长效机制)和实验组(2014年4月-2015年3月,建立无偿献血长效机制),比较两组血液管理情况。结果实验组87.5%员工能够树立责任意识;90%员工血液管理中能够根据要求完成;87.5%员工血液供应及时;95%员工血液保护意识增强;92.5%员工法律知晓,高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血液供应紧缺在我国形势相对比较严峻,相关部门应该建立无偿献血长效机制,缓解我国血液供应紧缺压力。Objective To explore the effect of long-term mechanism construction in blood supply shortage.Methods The behavior of staff in Guangxi blood station from April 2013 to March 2015 was analyzed and divided into control group according to their different years of life(from April 2013 to March 2014).The blood management of the two groups was compared between the experimental group(from April 2014 to March 2015)and the experimental group(from April 2014 to March 2015).Results 87.5%of the employees in the experimental group were able to establish a sense of responsibility,90%of the employees were able to complete the blood management according to requirements,87.5%of the employees had timely blood supply,95%of the staff had enhanced their awareness of blood protection.92.5%of the employees knew the law,which was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The shortage of blood supply is relatively severe in our country.The relevant departments should establish the mechanism of blood donation for a long time and relieve the pressure of blood supply shortage in our country.
