摘  要:基于机会约束规划,为含储能虚拟电厂(VPP)构建一种调度模型。将失负荷概率(LOLP)和弃风概率(LOWP)视为机会约束,采用两阶段处理风电和负荷的不确定性因素;将机会约束转化为等效确定性公式,再根据传统规划方法进行求解,以降低计算复杂性。将模型应用于含储能VPP系统,在不同置信水平下对灵活性和经济性之间的关系进行探讨,以供决策人员在实际项目中权衡处理。A dispatch model is built for energy storage Virtual Power Plant (VPP) based on chance constrained programming. Loss of Load Probability (LOLP) and Loss of Wind Probability (LOWP) are regarded as chance constraints, and uncertainty factors of wind power and load are dealt with using a twostage strategy. Chance constraints are transformed into equivalent deterministic formulas, which are solved according to traditional programming methods to reduce computational complexity. The model is applied to an energy storage VPP system, and the relationship between flexibility and economy is discussed under different confidence levels for decision makers to cope with in actual projects.
