利用Ajax技术及XML设计网络文档管理系统的思路与方法

摘  要:随着企业与机构规模的不断扩大,对文档处理也随之急剧增加。如果企业与机构利用网络文档管理系统来工作,就可以抛弃以往传统的模式——烦琐的派发文件,一级级依次传达。因而根据不同的企业对文档管理及通信的需要,网络文档管理系统需拥有用户管理的功能,上传/下载文件的功能,分享文件的功能,文件夹管理的功能等等。有了网络文档管理系统,相当于多了一个网络硬盘;可以随时随地上传/下载文件;并且还可以共享自己的部分文件;本文探究如何利用Ajax技术,通过向服务器发送异步请求,使得用户界面在服务器运转的同时依然保持活力,消除了频繁刷新界面对用户带来的干扰。并且使用扩展性好的XML替代常用数据库如Oracle来模拟数据库的功能。With organization keep on developing on their scales,the amount of the documents required to be handled within the organization has been dramatically increased.By introducing the web documents management system,large amount of time and effort will be saved compared with the outdated working pattern where documents have to be sent class by class.Due to various requirements of documents management from different organizations and the needs of communication within company,the system designed in this paper have include a range of management functions such as users management,uploading/downloading documents,document sharing,organizing documents by folders and so on.Equipped with the web documents management system,users will feel like there is an extra internet hard-drive available to them to upload,download and share their own selected documents.In the meantime,this article is designed with the application of the Ajax technology.Through asynchronously sending request to the server,the surface of users will be kept alive while the server is working.It largely reduce the disturbances from repetitively refresh the user surface.In addition,the system has also involved the highly expandable XML to stimulate the function of database.
