摘 要:为探索出制备聚酯纤维用高浓度彩色抗菌母粒的合适条件,选择高性能有机红颜料作为色粉,无机银系抗菌粉为原材料。通过扫描电镜分析、粒径分析等来优选颜料及无机银系抗菌粉。采用过滤指数测试分析母粒中颜料结合无机抗菌粉的分散程度;特性粘度测试分析母粒的特性粘度降;用皂洗、耐汗渍、耐干热、耐摩擦、耐光色牢度等测试分析母粒的各项色牢度。结果表明:制备得到的高浓度大红抗菌母粒-50%的FPV值为0.073 MPa.cm^2/g,可以纺制细旦涤纶长丝。在苏州宝丽迪POY纺丝实验机和加弹机上纺丝加弹,纤维规格77dtex/96f(0.8dpf),色粉加抗菌粉含量2.7%。经物理指标测试,POY纤维断裂强度2.03cN/dtex,DTY纤维断裂强度3.02cN/dtex。经第三方SGS检测,纤维耐光色牢度6级,耐洗、耐汗渍、耐干热色牢度4~5级,耐干摩擦色牢度4级。JIS L 1902定量实验抗菌性能,金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌的抑菌率> 99%。For researching the appropriate conditions for preparing high concentration color antibacterial masterbatch for polyester fiber, high performance organic red pigment was chosen as color powder and inorganic silver antibacterial powder as raw material. The pigment and inorganic silver antibacterial powder were optimized by SEM and particle size analysis. The degree of dispersion of pigment and inorganic antibacterial powder in master batch was analyzed by filtration index test. The intrinsic viscosity drop of the masterbatch was analyzed by intrinsic viscosity test. The tests such as soaping, perspiration resistance, dry heat resistance, friction resistance, light resistance and others were used to analyze the color fastness of masterbatch. The results showed that the FPV of the high concentration bright red antibacterial masterbatch we prepared was 0.073 MPa.cm^2/g. Fine denier polyester filament can be spun. The POY spinning testing machine was used to spin filament and the texturing machine to add elasticity in Poly Plastic Masterbatch(SuZhou) Co.,Ltd. The fiber specification is 77dtex/96f(0.8dpf) and the content of color and antibacterial powder added together is 2.7%. The breaking strength of POY fiber is 2.03cN/dtex and DTY fiber is 3.02cN/dtex measured by physical index. Tests by SGS(a third party inspection institution) showed that the fiber had a light fastness of 6 grade and dry friction fastness of 4 grade. The color fastness of washing resistance, perspiration resistance, dry heat resistance were about 4-5 grade. JIS L 1902 quantitative tests showed that the antibacterial rates of the fiber against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans were more than 99%.
