高色牢度色母粒纺丝工艺探讨及POY蛛网丝产生的原因分析

摘　　要：使用高色牢度母粒在POY纺丝时,经常会出现严重的蛛网丝,不但影响POY的外观质量,更重要的是影响后加弹正常退绕,导致断头多,生产效率低,甚至无法加工。本课题主要从纺丝工艺条件、原材料和环境条件等方面进行分析和探讨,为解决高色牢度POY蛛网丝问题提出技术方案。When high color fastness masterbatch is used in POY spinning, serious cobwebby filament often appears. This will not only affect the appearance quality of POY yarn, but also influence the normal unwinding of the subsequent draw-texturing process. It causes many broken ends, low efficiency, and even can not be processed and so on. This paper carries out causal analysis and technical discussion from the aspects of spinning process conditions, raw materials and environmental conditions. So that we can obtain the technical proposals for solving the problem of high color fastness POY spinning technology and cobwebby filament.
