摘　　要：回转窑是一种大型圆筒设备广泛应用于水泥、冶金、化工等行业,有氧化、还原、干燥、焙烧等各种类别,拥有广泛的应用领域。本文阐述了国内外回转窑行业的发展状况、发展动态,对回转窑用液压挡轮进行了理论分析研究。作者以2350t回转窑液压挡轮装置为研究课题,对回转窑液压挡轮装置的挡轮、挡轮轴、轴承、导向轴等进行计算、选型设计。Rotary kiln is a large-scale cylinder equipment widely used in cement, metallurgy, chemical and other industries. It has various categories such as oxidation, reduction, drying and roasting. It has a wide range of applications. The author takes the 2350t rotary kiln hydraulic gear device as the research topic,Calculation and selection design of the retaining wheel, retaining wheel shaft, bearing and guide shaft of the hydraulic damper device of rotary kiln.
