摘　　要：从设备使用安全、快速处理故障、操作人员判断三方面考虑,设计连铸系统事故切断阀的控制系统。当系统自动进入事故状态,事故阀自动打开,柴油机自动启动。当系统未自动进入事故状态,事故阀自动打开,柴油机未自动启动时,可以按下操作台上与事故柴油机相对应的紧急启动按钮。The control system of accident shut-off valve in continuous casting system is designed from three aspects: safety of equipment use, fast handling of faults and judgement of operators. When the system automatically enters the accident state, the accident valve opens automatically and the diesel engine starts automatically. When the system does not automatically enter the accident state, the accident valve opens automatically and the diesel engine does not start automatically, the emergency start button corresponding to the accident diesel engine can be pressed on the operating table.
