摘　　要：矿业投资最大的风险是不控制风险,尽职调查工作是控制风险的有效手段。资源尽职调查作为矿业投资尽职调查的组成部分,是对资源风险从寻找—挖掘—评估—把控过程。是矿业投资决策的基础,直接影响矿业投资的成败,直接体现尽调工作者给投资人创造的价值。The biggest risk of mining investment is not to control the risk, due diligence is an effective means to control the risk. As a part of due diligence of mining investment, due diligence of resources is a process of seeking, mining, evaluating and controlling resources risk. It is the basis of mining investment decision-making, directly affects the success or failure of mining investment, and directly reflects the value created by all-round workers to investors.
