摘 要:不同肥料对沿海盐碱土具有不同的改良效果,通过室内盆栽试验,研究4种肥料对沿海盐碱土种植水稻苗期生长发育与生理的影响,旨在筛选出适合沿海盐碱地土壤改良的肥料。室内盆栽试验设置5个处理,以不加任何肥料的沿海盐碱土为对照(CK),4种肥料分别为复合肥(A)、牛粪(B)、有机肥(C)、沼肥(D)。与对照相比,不同肥料与盐碱土混合处理均促进了水稻幼苗的生长发育,其中有机肥(C)的表现最突出,使水稻幼苗鲜质量和干质量下的根冠比分别增加218.18%、74.07%,株高增加107.29%,茎粗增加48.53%,叶片的叶绿素含量增加67.65%,蛋白质含量增加72.24%,植株体内的丙二醛含量降低55.58%,水稻的根系活力增加186.05%。Different fertilizers produce different extents of effects of ameliorating coastal saline-alkali soil.In order to select the fertilizer suitable for coastal saline-alkali soil amelioration,this study determined the effects of four types of fertilizers on the growth and development of rice seedlings grown in coastal saline-alkali soil by performing an indoor pot experiment.The experiment consisted of a control(the coastal saline soil without any fertilizer)and four fertilizer treatments as follows:compound fertilizer(A),cow dung(B),organic fertilizer(C),and marsh fertilizer(D).Compared with the control,all fertilizer treatments promoted the growth and development of rice seedlings.Of them,organic fertilizer treatment produced the most prominent plant-growth-promoting effects as follows:increases in the fresh quality and dry quality of rice seedlings by 218.18%and 74.07%,respectively;rises in plant height and stem thickness by 107.29%and 48.53%,respectively;increases in leaf chlorophyll and protein contents by 67.65%and 72.74%,respectively;a reduction in the malonaldehyde content of the plant by 55.58%;and a rise in root system vigor by 186.05%.
