海军某部官兵军人健康素养情况调查及影响因素分析

摘　　要：【目的】了解海军某部官兵的军人健康素养情况,分析健康素养的影响因素,为部队健康教育和健康促进工作提供科学指导。【方法】采用随机整群抽样的方法,随机抽取该部下属单位的官兵共466人,使用《军人健康素养调查问卷》开展调查研究。【结果】收回有效问卷447份,该部队官兵的军人健康素养具备率为17.9%。其中基本知识与理念素养具备率为36.7%,健康生活方式与行为素养具备率为34.5%,基本技能素养具备率为8.7%。健康问题方面,健康信息素养(15.7%)和军事防护技能素养(5.6%)短板明显。不同文化程度、军龄和级别的健康素养差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,文化程度高者军人健康素养具备率明显高于其他人群。【结论】该部官兵军人健康素养水平较低,文化程度是主要影响因素,有关部门需针对性地加强健康教育。【Objective】To investigate the military health literacy and its influencing factors in some officers and soldiers from a naval base, and provide scientific guidance for health education and health promotion.【Methods】The investigation was conducted according to Military Health Literacy Questionnaire among 466 officers and soldiers selected by random cluster sampling method.【Results】A total of 447 valid questionnaires were taken back. The attainment rate of military health literacy was 17.9% including basic knowledge and ideal dimensions (36.7%), healthy lifestyle and behavior (34.5%) and basic skills (8.7%). In terms of health issues, the short plates of health information literacy (15.7%) and military protection skills literacy (5.6%) were obvious. There were statistical differences in educational background, military age and working level (P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that the military health literacy rate in higher education level was significantly higher than that in other people.【Conclusion】The level of military health literacy in this naval base is low. The educational background is the main factor influencing the military health literacy. Relevant departments need to strengthen health education in a targeted manner.
