摘 要:赵庄煤业南苏风井井下材料换装站硐室断面大,顶板距离3号煤层最小只有2.8m。结合不稳定顶板条件,为防止煤层与瓦斯突出,掘进时采取了穿层钻孔瓦斯抽放防突措施,有效地降低了煤层突出危险性。针对顶板距离煤层近、瓦斯钻孔降低顶板强度等问题,采取边探边掘,通过瓦斯抽放钻孔对顶板围岩进行注浆加固,优化锚索支护参数等措施,保证了施工安全,提高了硐室支护效果。In Nansu ventilation shaft of Zhaozhuang Coal Company,the cross section of the material reloading station chamber was large and the roof of the chamber had a min distance of 2.8 m to No.3 coal seam.In combination with the condition of the unstable chamber roof,in order to prevent the coal seam and gas outburst occurred,the outburst prevention measures of the passed through strata gas drainage borehole was applied during the gateway driving process and the seam outburst danger was effectively reduced.According to the close distance of the roof to the chamber roof,the reduced roof hardness of the gas drainage borehole and other problems,the measure of exploring before driving was applied.When passed through the gas drainage boreholes,the grouting reinforcement,optimized bolt and anchor support parameters and other measures were conducted to the surrounding rock of the roof.Thus the construction safety was ensured and the support effect of the chamber was improved.
