摘 要:依据真空自耗电弧炉熔炼特点及金属凝固原理,通过计算机仿真模拟对Φ1040mm规格钛合金熔炼工艺进行了模拟,结合模拟结果对熔炼工艺进行了优化,制定出相对合理的熔化工艺。结合原料的选取、中间合金添加方式的控制以及熔炼过程稳定性控制,生产出成分及组织相对均匀的高质量大规格TA15钛合金铸锭。According to the VAR melting characteristics and solidification theory,the melting process of 1040mm titanium alloy was simulated by computer simulation, and the melting process was optimized based on the simulation results, and a relatively reasonable melting process was worked out.Combined with the selection of raw materials, the control of intermediate alloy addition mode and the control of smelting process stability,a high-quality large-size TA15 titanium alloy ingot with relatively uniform composition and structure is produced.
