摘 要:目的:分析探讨308 nm准分子光治疗白癜风的效果观察。方法:选取我院于2013年5月至2018年5月期间收治的250例白癜风患者,按照随机数字表法将所有患者随机分为对照组和试验组两组,其中对照组患者给予311nm窄谱中波紫外线进行照射治疗,而试验组患者则给予308nm准分子光进行照射治疗,两组患者每周治疗2次,持续治疗30次;评价两组患者的临床疗效。结果:经过3个疗程治疗后对照组患者的有效率为46.40%,显著低于试验组患者的57.60%(χ2=8.834,P <0.05)。试验组患者的平均显效治疗次数为(9.24±4.11)次,显著低于对照组患者的(12.37±3.94)次(t=2.123,P<0.05);试验组患者的平均显效累计剂量为(7.38±4.72) J/cm2,显著低于对照组患者的(29.88±8.56) J/cm2(t=3.293,P<0.05)。结论:对于白癜风患者采用308 nm准分子光治疗相较于311nm窄谱中波紫外线进行照射治疗的效果更佳,并且起效时间快,值得在临床上加以推广运用。Objective:To analyze and discuss the effect of 308 nm excimer light on vitiligo.Methods:250 patients with vitiligo admitted to our hospital from May 2013 to May 2018 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method.The patients in the control group were treated with 311 nm narrow-band ultraviolet radiation,while the experimental group was treated with 308 nm excimer light.The patients of two groups were treated twice a week,30 times a week.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.Results:After 3 courses of treatment,the effective rate of the control group was 46.40%,which was significantly lower than 57.60%of the experimental group(χ^2=8.834,P<0.05).The average number of times of treatment was(9.24±4.11),significantly lower than that of the control group(12.37±3.94)(t=2.123,P<0.05).In the experimental group,the mean cumulative dose of efficacy was(7.38±4.72)J/cm^2,significantly lower than that in the control group(29.88±8.56)J/cm^2(t=3.293,P<0.05).Conclusion:For vitiligo patients,308 nm excimer phototherapy is more effective than 311 nm narrow-band ultraviolet irradiation,and the onset time is faster,which is worthy of clinical application.
