摘　　要：通过对目前广电监管行业现状的分析,以河北省广播电视局监管中心为例,对其监管大厅监管多画面显示的设计与应用做了详细的介绍。监管多画面显示的设计方案以业务显示多元化和调度控制便捷化为主要原则。通过新旧监管多画面显示系统的对比,更能体现出目前监管多画面系统的优越性,能够更加及时准确地对广播电视节目进行实时分析监测,对信号故障快速报警、准确判断,提高了监测效率,实现了"机器+人"的有效结合。Based on the analysis of the status quo of the current broadcasting and television supervision industry,the Hebei Provincial Radio and Television Bureau Supervision Center is taken as an example to introduce the design and application of the supervision hall multi-screen display.The main principle of regulation multi-screen display design is showing business diversification and convenient scheduling control.The comparison of the old and new regulation multi-screen display systems better reflects the advantages of current regulation multi-screen systems which can carry out more timely and accurate analysis and monitoring for radio and television programs,rapid fault alarm signaling and accurate judgments,and improve monitoring efficiency and realize effective Machine + Human combination.
