摘　　要：农业产业融合是以农业为基础,通过与其它产业以相互渗透、交叉重组及前后联动等横向融合和纵向融合方式,使得农业除了传统农业所具备的特征功能以外,还具有加工及服务等功能。农业融合是调整农村产业结构以及农村经济改革的重要手段,对解决"三农"问题、全面建设小康社会具有重要意义。当前,在国家政策的支持下,虽然我国农村产业融合发展取得了显著成绩。但由于城乡资源分配不均以及宏观管理体制和政策实施障碍等问题的存在,我国农业产业融合发展的速度较慢,需要从微观、中观及宏观角度逐一解决。Agricultural industry integration is based on agriculture.Through horizontal and vertical integration and integration with other industries,such as mutual penetration,cross-recombination and front and back linkage,it makes agriculture have processing and service functions in addition to features and functions of traditional agriculture.Agricultural integration is an important means to adjust rural industrial structure and rural economic reform,which is of great significance to solve the problems of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"and to build a well-off society in an all-round way.At present,under the support of national policy,although China's rural industrial integration has made remarkable achievements.However,due to the uneven distribution of resources between urban and rural areas and the obstacles in the implementation of macro-management systems and policies,the integration of agricultural and agricultural industries in China is developing at a slow speed,which needs to be solved one by one from the micro,middle and macro perspective.
