摘  要:对放疗固定头膜在放疗照射前后成分的变化进行了研究,考察了头膜在使用过程中的化学稳定性。采用裂解气相色谱-质谱联用(PyGC-MS)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和光电子X-射线能谱(EDS)分析了材料的主体成分,用差示扫描量热法(DSC)测量了头膜的熔点。用FT-IR分析了头膜使用前后表面成分和断面成分的变化情况,用GC-MS分析了使用前后提取物的变化情况。结果表明,头膜的主体成分为聚(e-己内酯)(聚己内酯,PCL)。经直线加速器的X-射线照射后,材料表面黄色区域出现了e-己内酯特征峰1170 cm^(-1),表明聚合物发生了一定程度的降解。羰基吸收从1729 cm^(-1)频移到1732 cm^(-1),说明结晶度下降。头膜断面未检测到单体成分,羰基吸收未向高频移动,说明头膜内部没有降解,结晶度也未降低。照射前后提取物的相对比例发生了变化,e-己内酯相对含量从8.70%增加到34.52%,可能与聚合物表面降解有关。X-射线的辐照会对头膜表面产生一定的影响,但本体的成分和结晶度不会受到影响,因此表现了良好的化学稳定性,这为临床使用提供了参考。The component change of immobilization membrane(head mask)before and after radiotherapy was researched and the stability of the head mask in the therapy was investigated.Pyrolysis gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(PyGC-MS),Fourier transform infrared spectrometry(FT-IR)and energy disperse spectrometry(EDS)were employed to analyze the main component of the head mask,and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)was used to determine the melting point(M.P.)of the product.Before and after use,FT-IR were employed to analyze the change of composition of the head mask surface and section,while GC-MS analyze the change of its extracts.The results showed that the main component of the head mask was poly(ε-caprolactone)(PCL)and the M P was 63.17℃.After X-ray irradiation of linear accelerator(LA),the characteristic peak 1170 cm-1 ofε-caprolactone monomer emerged in the yellow area of the polymer surface,which showed that the polymer surface degraded in some extent and the content ofε-caprolactone monomer increased.Meanwhile,the carbonyl absorbance peak of the polymer shifted from 1729 cm-1 to 1732 cm-1,which indicated that the crystallinity of the polymer surface decreased.On the surface of the section,no monomers were found and the carbonyl peak didn’t shift to higher wavenumber.It could be inferred that,in the interior of the head mask,the product didn’t degrade and the crystallinity didn’t decrease after irradiation.Besides,the relative ratio of the components of the extracts from the material also changed as the relative content ofε-caprolactone monomer increased from 8.70%to 34.52%.This possibly matters with the degradation of the polymer surface.X-ray irradiation would make effect on the chemical composition of the head mask surface,but the composition and crystallinity of the product body were not influenced.Thereby,the head mask exhibited good chemical stability,which provided information for its clinical usage.
