摘　　要：临时工程成本作为项目成本的组成之一,其费用大小影响着项目利润的高低。阐述导致临时工程成本偏高的常见问题,包括施工数量超过应有量,材料价格过高,建设标准超过通用设计标准,施工内容单一不灵活,没有考虑地企共建,未利用永临结合,回收和再利用率低。针对上述问题,提出具体的对策,以期达到降本增效的效果。Temporary project cost is one of the components of project cost,and its saving affects the size of project profit.This paper expounds the common problems of leading high cost of temporary project,including the construction quantity exceeding the proper quantity,the price of materials being too high,the construction standard exceeding the general design standard,the single and inf lexible construction content,the joint construction of land and enterprises not being considered,the combination of forever and near not being used,the low recovery and reuse rate.In view of the above problems,puts forward the concrete countermeasures,in order to achieve the effect of reducing cost and increasing efficiency.
