摘　　要：以二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯MDI-50、聚氧化丙烯二醇N220、聚氧化丙烯三醇ZSN350、1,2-丙二醇(PG)和1,4-丁二醇(BDO)、双吗啉基二乙基醚(DMDEE)为原料,合成了系列无溶剂单组分湿固化聚氨酯胶黏剂。研究了不同聚醚多元醇、小分子二元醇种类及配比对胶黏剂性能的影响。结果表明,选用N220/MDI-50/BDO合成的预聚体与ZSN350/MDI-50/PG合成的预聚体按照N220和ZSN350质量比6∶4混合,得到的胶黏剂综合性能良好,初始黏度3. 50 Pa·s(25℃),常温下可放置6个月,用于粘接PVC皮革与海绵,剥离强度可达到海绵破坏的程度。A series of solvent free and one component wet curing polyurethane adhesives were synthesized with diisocyanate MDI-50, polyoxypropylene polyol N220 and ZSN350, 1,2-propanediol(PG), 1,4-butanediol (BDO) and dimorpholinodiethylether (DMDEE). The effects of different polyether polyols, the types and ratios of small molecular diols on the properties of solvent-free one component moisture curable polyurethane adhesives were studied. The results showed that the prepolymers synthesized by N220/ MDI-50/ BDO and ZSN350/ MDI-50/ PG which was mixed in a mass ratio of N220 and ZSN350 of 6 ∶ 4, and the adhesive had good comprehensive properties. The initial viscosity was 3.50 Pa·s (25 ℃), and it could be placed at room temperature for 6 months. It is used for bonding PVC leather and sponge, and the strength can reach the degree of sponge destruction.
