高低温能力验证结果影响因素分析

摘　　要：以多年参加高低温能力验证并均获得满意结果为基础,从人、机、料、法、环、测六方面对影响测量结果的因素进行分析,并用实例进行了验证。最后为提高参加测量审核结果满意率,从试验箱选取、人员选择、传感器放置位置、测量设备使用和温变率选取等方面给出了具体参考建议。Based on years of high and low temperature proficiency tests and satisfying results, the factors affecting the measurement results are analyzed from six aspects of tests, machine, material, method, environment and measurement, and verified by examples. Finally, in order to improve the satisfaction rate of measurement audit results, the specific reference suggestions are given from the selection of test chamber, tester, the placement of sensor, the operation of measuring equipment and the selection of temperature variability.
