摘 要:螺纹是一种使机械各个组成部分联接起来的机械要素。为了提高螺纹联接有限元模型的可靠性,对螺纹联接结构进行了参数化建模,并分析了螺栓在预紧力以及动载激励下的轴向应力特征。模型能够较好地反映螺栓螺纹牙底的应力集中,螺栓螺纹牙的轴向承载不均,螺纹孔倒角角度对螺栓螺纹的影响以及外载荷与施加在螺栓上的载荷之间的关系等多个现象的物理实质。结果表明,螺纹联接模型是可靠的,并且其分析方法对螺纹联接结构的力学性能分析及其结构优化设计研究具有重要的参考意义。Screw thread is a kind of mechanical element to make machines to be connected with various components. In order to improve the reliability of the finite element model of screw threaded connection, parametric modeling is used for the screw threaded connection structure, and the bolt axial stress characteristic is analyzed under preload and dynamic load. The model can well reflect the physical essence of the phenomena of the stress concentration of the bolt thread, the axial bearing heterogeneity of the bolt thread, the influence of thread hole chamfer angle on the bolt thread and the relationship between the external load and the load on the bolt. The results show that the model of screw thread is reliable, and its analytical methods have important reference significance to the mechanical property of screw thread connection structure analysis and the structure optimization design research.
