摘  要:钻井平台PPB260减速机输出轴与轮毂之间采用平键连接加过盈连接的复合连接形式,复合连接可使平键连接和过盈连接各自传递一部分扭矩,具有较高的承载能力、定心性好,应力分布状态复杂。借助大型有限元分析软件ABAQUS,针对不同的轴毂过盈量对复合连接的模型进行仿真分析,得到过盈连接和平键连接扭矩分配比例同轴毂过盈量之间的关系,分析了模型中等效应力分布情况,以及等效应力最大值同轴毂过盈量之间的关系,为复合连接的设计提供参考依据。The mode of composite shaft-hub connection combining flat key joint and interference fit is adopted in the PPB260 reducer. In composite connection, the interference fit and flat key joint can transmit torque at the same time. The load bearing and centering capabilities of composite connection are good, but the stress distribution of it is complex. The mode of composite shaft-hub connection with different amount of interference was analyzed based on ABAQUS. The influence of different amount of interference on the distribution of the torque between interference fit and flat key joint was analyzed. The relationship between interference and the maximum of stress was acquired. The study results provide the reference for the design of the composite shaft-hub connection.
