摘  要:目前,城铁车辆铝合金车体底架的钻孔工作需采用大型龙门五轴加工中心及90°角度头进行加工,设备占用时间长,直角铣头易磨损,生产成本投入高。根据底架的结构特点及安装使用要求,设计了一款具有较强通用性的钻孔装置。该装置采用滚动直线导轨副,可实现钻孔装置精准地往复直线运动;通过计算合理的配重比,可实现多方位的钻孔工作;通过改变磁力钻传统的使用方式并结合靠模的使用,确保磁力钻精准定位。该装置的研发能够提高铝合金车体底架钻孔的工作效率、降低钻孔成本,在城铁车辆底架的制造过程中具有广泛的应用潜力。At present,the drilling of aluminum alloy vehicle body underframe of urban railway vehicles requires large-scale gantry five-axis machining center and 90°angle head.The equipment takes a long time,the right-angle milling head is easy to wear,and the production cost is high.According to the structure characteristics and installation requirements of the underframe,a universal drilling device was designed.The device adopts rolling linear guide pair to realize accurate reciprocating linear motion of the drilling device.Through calculating a reasonable weight ratio,multi-directional drilling can be achieved.The precise positioning of the magnetic drill can be ensured by changing the traditional use mode of the magnetic drill and combining the use of the profiling.The research and development of the device can improve the drilling efficiency of aluminum alloy body underframe and reduce the drilling cost.It has a wide range of application potential in the manufacturing process of urban rail vehicle underframe.
