摘  要:利用经典的聚集度指标法和回归分析法对猕猴桃细菌性溃疡病在大田的空间分布型进行了测定。结果表明:猕猴桃溃疡病病株在大田呈聚集分布,分布的基本形式为个体群;该病害在一些田块的聚集是由其本身的聚集行为与环境因素共同影响所致的,而在其它田块则仅由某些环境因素所致;大田调查所需的最适理论抽样数随着病情指数的增加而减少。根据防治指标等建立了序贯抽样表,确定了该病害抽样调查的最佳样方大小。The spatial distribution pattern of kiwifruit bacterial canker in fields was determined by using classical aggregation degree index methods and regression analysis method.The results indicated that the diseased kiwifruit plants infected by bacterial canker exhibited aggregation distribution in fields,and the basic form of the distribution was individual population.The aggregation of this disease in some fields was caused by both itself aggregation behavior and several environmental factors,while that in other fields was caused only by several environmental factors.The optimum theoretical sampling number demanded by field investigation decreased with the increase in disease index of kiwifruit bacterial canker.According to the control threshold of kiwifruit bacterial canker and so on,this paper constructed the sequential sampling number table,and ascertained the best quadrat size for the sampling investigation of this disease.
