瓜儿豆种子萌发糖代谢动态分析

摘　　要：本文测定了瓜儿豆种子萌发过程中三个关键时期的几种主要糖代谢产物的含量及蔗糖磷酸合成酶(SPS)、蔗糖合成酶(SS)和转化酶(Inv)的活性。在瓜儿豆种子萌发过程中,蔗糖含量有所降低,果糖和葡萄糖含量逐渐升高,可溶性总糖变化不大,Inv活性和SS分解方向活性逐渐升高,所测得SS合成方向活性有所偏差,SPS活性逐渐下降。The contents of several main sugar metabolites and the activities of sucrose phosphate synthase(SPS),sucrose synthase(SS)and invertase(Inv)during the three critical stages of seed germination were determined.During seed germination,the content of sucrose decreased,the content of fructose and glucose increased gradually,the total soluble sugar changed little,the activity of Inv and the activity of SS decomposition direction increased gradually,the activity of SS synthesis direction deviated and the activity of SPS decreased gradually.
