摘 要:泥炭藓作为重要的湿地植物对修复湿地生态系统具有重要作用。实验采取对照分析,设置污染物质浓度梯度等方法研究泥炭藓对不同浓度含量的重金属污水、生活污水、pH的耐受性和降解作用。研究发现:(1)泥炭藓对生活污水具有一定的降解作用;(2)泥炭藓对pH的适应范围在2.2~7.2之间,2.8~5.2是泥炭藓生长的最适pH范围;(3)暖地泥炭藓和卵叶泥炭藓对重金属污染物不敏感,耐受性强。Sphagnum as an important wetland plant plays an important role in restoring wetland ecosystem.The tolerance and degradation of Sphagnum to heavy metal wastewater,domestic wastewater and pH were studied by means of isometric monitoring,comparative analysis and pollutant concentration gradient.The results showed that: 1) Sphagnum had certain degradation effect on domestic sewage.2) Sphagnum adapted to pH in the range of 2.2-7.2,and 2.8-5.2 was the optimum pH range for Sphagnum growth.3) Sphagnum and Sphagnum ovatum were insensitive and of highly tolerant to heavy metal pollutants.
