摘 要:超深油气储层的完井开发,其井温高、井下压力大,作业工况复杂,常规射孔器材及技术无法满足要求。针对该难题,开展了超高温超高压射孔器材的研制开发,对起爆装置、射孔枪的耐温耐压性能进行了设计改进,并研制了超高温系列的火工品。相关试验证明,超高温超高压射孔器材能够满足井下230℃、210 MPa超高温超高压传输射孔作业的要求。For the completion and development in a super-deep reservoir which is of high temperature and high pressure,the operation condition is so complex that the conventional perforating equipment or technique can't meet the demand.Aiming at this problem,a new ultra-high temperature and ultra-high pressure TCP perforating equipment is developed.The high temperature resistance and high pressure resistance for the initiating device and perforating gun have been improved,and the ultra-high-pressure series explosive products have also been developed.The verification experiments demonstrated that this ultra-high temperature and ultra-high pressure TCP perforating system fitted for super-deep reservoir's completion and development and met the demand for230℃/210MPa TCP perforating operation.
