摘  要:在对影响航天测控设备可靠性的主要因素进行分析的基础上,结合航天测控设备运行实际,对提高设备可靠性进行了探索,研究发现保持设备长期不断电可显著降低高频设备的故障率,有效提升整套测控设备的可靠性。针对航天测控设备备件数目增多、种类日益庞杂的趋势,提出了"网格型备件箱模式"和"改进型备件架模式" 2种科学、规范的备件存放模式,这2种模式均可使备件快速就位,从而提高设备维护效率。Various factors are analyzed which affect the reliability of space tracking,telemetry and control(TT&C)equipment.Combining with engineering practice,and studying how to improve the reliability of TT&C equipment,it is found that a method of keeping the power supply uninterrupted is capable of decreasing the failure rate of high frequency parts and improving reliability of the whole TT&C equipment remarkably.For a large increase of kinds and numbers of spare parts of TT&C equipment,two scientific and standard storage modes are proposed.One storage mode is"grid type of spare parts kit"and the other is"improved spare parts rack",which are both capable of getting spare parts in position quickly thus improving the maintenance efficiency.
