摘  要:近年来,中国的高等教育事业取得了长足的发展,由此也带动了大批高校的新校区快速建设,众多高校的新校区如同雨后春笋般出现。但是在高校建设或更新过程中,校园规划也面临着不小的挑战,甚至产生了很多规划问题。由于一些高校基地的自然环境较复杂,加之不合理的规划设计,不少高校的校园在后续的校园生活中遇到许多问题,例如,一旦校园遇到强降雨,就容易引发内涝。"海绵城市"规划理念具有低影响,尊重自然的设计理念和特征。文章以南京工业大学江浦校区校园规划为例,基于"海绵城市"核心思想,从建筑规划的角度提出了校园更新设计的策略,尝试解决校园内涝的问题。In recent years,China's higher education has made great progress,which has also led to the rapid construction of new campuses in a large number of colleges and universities.The new campuses of many universities have sprung up.However,in the process of college construction or renewal,campus planning is also facing some challenges,and even has many planning problems.Due to the complex natural environment of some college bases and the unreasonable planning and design,many colleges and universities have encountered many problems in the subsequent campus life.For example,once the campus encounters heavy rainfall,it is easy to cause guilt.The "Sponge City" planning concept has a low impact and respects the natural design philosophy and characteristics.Taking the campus planning of Jiangpu Campus of NJTech as an example,this paper puts forward the strategy of campus renewal design from the perspective of architectural planning based on the core idea of "Sponge City" and tries to solve the problem of campus water logging.
