摘　　要：中心动脉反射波增强指数(central arterial reflected wave augmentation index,cAIx)是基于脉搏波分析理论的一个指标,指中心增强压力与中心脉压差的比值。近年研究表明cAIx不但是一项重要的衡量动脉硬化程度的指标,而且与左心室肥厚、肾功能异常等靶器官损害以及心血管事件及病死率显著相关,因而具有重要的临床意义。The central arterial reflected wave augmentation index(cAIx),derived from the theory of pulse wave analysis,refers to the ratio of pressure of the reflected wave in aorta to central pulse pressure.Recent investigations indicated that cAIx not only is an important marker for arterial stiffness,but also significantly associates with target organ damage such as left ventricular hypertrophy,renal dysfunction,cardiovascular events,and mortalities,thus possessing pivotal clinical significance.
