新零售背景下物流生态圈协同联动机制研究

摘　　要：新零售的发展不仅带来了庞大的商流、资金流和信息流,更带来了分布广泛的消费者日益增加的碎片化物流需求,现有的物流体系已经不适应新零售的发展,构建物流生态圈势在必行。在分析物流生态圈定义、结构、构建主体、形成动因的基础上,系统研究了纵向协作、横向协同、业务协作、资源共享、技术保障五种物流生态圈协同联动机制。为保障物流生态圈高效运行,要整合物流资源,理顺产业结构,发展智能技术,搭建协作平台,推进标准化建设,发展绿色物流。物流生态圈协同运作机制的构建,有助于提高资源利用率和物流服务柔性,降低区域物流运作成本,挖掘新零售发展潜力。With the development of new retail industry come not only online and offline business flow,capital flow and information flow,but also an increasing fragmented logistics demand of consumers from different areas.The current logistics system is not suitable for the new retail business,so that it is imperative to develop a logistics ecosystem.After analyzing the logistics ecosystem’s definition and structure,subjects involved in the ecosystem building,and motivation to form the ecosystem,this paper thoroughly studies the following five coordinated-interaction mechanisms to construct the ecosystem:vertical cooperation,horizontal coordination,business collaboration,information sharing and technical support.To guarantee an efficient operation of the logistics ecosystem,resources should be integrated,the industry structure rationalized,smart technologies developed,cooperation platforms built,standardization implemented,and environment-friendly advocated.The construction of coordinated-interaction mechanisms of logistics ecosystem will help improve resource utilization ratio and logistics service flexibility,reduce regional logistics operation costs,and tap the potential of new retail industry.
