摘　　要：平行捻钢丝绳组绳股在绳中等捻距,具有结构伸长小、破断拉力高、柔韧性好及对扭转载荷敏感的特点。分析1960MPa30mm8×K36WS-PWRC(K)钢丝绳研制背景及其生产技术难点。介绍钢丝绳工艺设计、工装设计及拉丝、捻股、合绳过程控制等内容,实际生产的钢丝绳工艺参数、捻制质量、破断拉力等产品技术性能符合设计要求,其中钢丝绳实测破断拉力为921kN,稳定达到了Diepa企业同类产品要求。钢丝绳交付用户经试用效果良好,已实现同类进口产品的国产化替代。The strand of parallel lay wire rope is the same lay length in rope,has the characteristics of small structure elongation,high breaking froce,good flexibility and sensitivity to torsion load.1 960 MPa 30 mm 8×K36WS-PWRC(K) wire rope development background and its production technical difficult are introduced.The wire rope technological design,equipment design and wire drawing,strand lay,rope laying-up process control and so on were intnxluced,the actual product technical properties such as wire rope process parameters,lay quality,breaking force produced meet the design requirements,the wire rope measured breaking force is 921 kN,stable to meet the Diepa similar product requirements.The wire rope has achieved good results after being delivery customers and have achieved the localization of the same kind of imported products.
