摘　　要：为了解决现有激光切割机技术中伺服驱动系统结构复杂、操作繁琐、抗干扰性差等问题,设计了一种基于PIC16F877A的结构简单、抗干扰性强、定位准确、性能可靠的数字化交流伺服驱动系统。系统以PIC16F877A为主控芯片,通过同步串行SPI通信接口对从动芯片IRMCK201各寄存器进行配置,利用智能功率驱动芯片IRAMS10UP60A实现对交流永磁同步电机的控制,进而使激光切割机割具驱动装置获得更高的精度。In order to resolve the questions of structure complex,operation complex and bad anti-interference performance in the laser beam cutting machine’s servo drive control system,a digital AC servo drive system is designed,which has the advantages such as simple structure,good anti-interference performance,accurate positioning and reliable performance.The system uses PIC16F877A as the master chip,it configures the slave chip IRMCK201 each register by SPI,and uses the intelligent power module IRAMS10UP60A to drive the AC PMSM,and makes laser beam cutting machine’s cutting torch motion drive device higher accuracy.
