摘 要:以某SUV手动变速器齿轮为研究对象,在一般公路和试验场强化道路、山路和高环路上进行了载荷谱采集。用雨流计数法得到了载荷的分布形式,采用数理统计方法推断和检验了载荷的分布规律,并将采集到的载荷分为8级载荷谱。将此载荷谱施加到变速器齿轮轴系的多体动力学模型中,得到了关键节点的应力。用Miner理论计算了各挡齿轮在各个工况下的损伤,从而得到了各种试验场路面和变速器总成台架相对于一般道路的强化系数,对汽车耐久性试验的组织实施和汽车试验场的设计提供了重要依据。The manual transmission of a certain SUV is employed as research object,and the load spectrums of its gears exposed to ordinary road,enhanced road,mountain road and high way road are sampled.The distribution function of load spectrums is obtained by means of rain-flow counting method and statistical theory.A method of load spectrum compilation suitable for fatigue reliability evaluation of gears is presented and the load spectrum is applied on the multibody dynamic model of transmission in order to compute the stress of key nodes.The damage of gears under all sampled load spectrums is calculated using Miner linear accumulated fatigue damage theory.Enhancement coefficients of each road and transmission test bench are obtained by comparing damage with ordinary road.This paper provides a theoretical evidence for automotive reliability testing and proving ground designing.
