摘 要:对某公司前期开发的一款MPV车型的操控稳定性进行事先的预估和评测。通过在ADAMS/Car中建立该车型的竞品车前麦弗逊悬架总成和转向系统模型,对车轮施加双轮同向激振,并通过竞品车的悬架K&C试验数据来调整模型,使其达到一定精度。调整模型参数后,对模型进行双轮平行跳动和侧倾工况的仿真。仿真结果表明:四轮定位参数变化趋势合理,初始值设定符合设计准则。该模型能够指导新车型前后悬架的匹配建模以及整车操稳性仿真的实现。The control stability of a MPV model developed by a company is estimated and evaluated in advance.In ADAMS/Car,the McPherson suspension assembly and the steering system model are established for this model of car,and the two-wheel synchronous excitation is applied to the wheel.The model is adjusted by the K&C test data of the suspension of the race car to achieve a certain precision.After adjusting the model parameters,the model is simulated with two-wheel parallel pulsation and side tilt.The simulation results show that the changing trend of the four-wheel positioning parameters is reasonable,and the initial value setting meets the design criteria.The model can guide the matching of the front and rear suspension of the new vehicle and the realization of simulation of the whole vehicle stability.
