摘 要:[目的]引入Maneval的经外周置入中心静脉导管(PICC)相关性血栓风险评估表,检验该量表的信度和效度。[方法]对Maneval的PICC相关性血栓风险评估表进行翻译、回译及跨文化调试,形成中文版PICC相关性血栓风险评估表;采用方便抽样法对滨州市某综合性三级甲等医院225例肿瘤置管病人进行评估。采用Cronbach′sα系数及评定者信度Kappa值评价量表的信度;采用探索性因子分析评价量表的结构效度;采用条目水平内容效度指数(I-CVI)及总条目平均内容效度指数(S-CVI/Ave)评价量表的内容效度。[结果]中文版PICC相关性血栓风险评估表共有45个条目,总量表的Cronbach′sα系数为0.781,基于标准化项的Cronbach′sα系数为0.737,条目敏感性分析各条目删除后量表的Cronbach′sα系数为0.742~0.781;量表各条目的评定者信度Kappa值为0.615~1.000;探索性因子分析共提取3个公因子,累计贡献率为71.393%;量表的I-CVI值为0.733~1.000,S-CVI/Ave值为0.972。[结论]中文版PICC相关性血栓风险评估表具有较好的信效度,可用于评价国内肿瘤置管病人上肢相关性静脉血栓的发生情况。Objective: To introduce the Maneval′s Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter (PICC)-related Thrombus Risk Assessment Scale and test its reliability and validity. Methods: Maneval′s PICC-related Thrombus Risk Assessment Scale was translated,back-translated,and cross-culturally debugged to form a Chinese version of PICC related Thrombus Risk Assessment Scale,which was used to conduct a survey on 225 patients with tumor catheterization from a third Grade A hospital in Binzhou City enrolled by convenient sampling method.The reliability of the scale was evaluated using Cronbach′s α coefficient and the assessor′s reliability Kappa value;the exploratory factor analysis was used to evaluate the structural validity of the scale;the item level content validity index(I-CVI) and the total item average content validity(S-CVI/Ave) were used to evaluate the content validity of the scale. Results: There were 45 entries in the Chinese version of the PICC-related Thrombus Risk Assessment Scale.The Cronbach′s α coefficient of the total scale was 0.781,and the Cronbach′s α coefficient based on the standardized term was 0.737.The entry sensitivity analysis of each item after the deletion of the Cronbach′s α coefficient was 0.742~0.781;the Kappa value of each item of the scale was 0.615~1.000;the exploratory factor analysis extracted 3 common factors,the cumulative contribution rate was 71.393%;the I-CVI value of the scale was 0.733~ 1.000,S-CVI/Ave value was 0.972. Conclusions: The Chinese version of PICC related Thrombus Risk Assessment Scale had good reliability and validity,which could be used to evaluate the incidence of upper extremity related venous thrombosis in domestic tumor-catheterization patients.
