摘　　要：[目的]分析自然分娩孕产妇人文关怀需求,为护理人员对其进行人文关怀护理提供依据。[方法]对19例孕产妇进行半结构式访谈,获得自然分娩孕产妇关怀需求,总结、整理后随机编号,另选取20例孕产妇按Q方法对相关信息进行排序,对所得数据进行因子分析,明确自然分娩孕产妇关怀需求特点。[结果]共提取出4个公因子,自然分娩孕产妇关怀需求有4种类型的观点。[结论]孕产妇在分娩过程中的需求呈现不同层次并有阶段变化,不同类型孕产妇在分娩过程中的需求有共同性和差异性。Objective: To analyze the humanistic care needs of puerpera with spontaneous delivery (SD),and to provide evidence for nursing staff to carry out humanistic care. Methods: A semi-structured interview was conducted among 19 puerpera to obtain the maternal care needs of SD.The results were summarized and sequenced.The other 20 puerpera were sorted according to the Q method,and the data were analyzed.The characteristics of maternal care needs were clarified for SD. Results: A total of 4 common factors were extracted which showed four types of views on the maternal care needs of SD. Conclusions: The demand of puerpera in the delivery process presented different levels and changes in stages.The needs of different types of puerpera in the delivery process had commonality and difference.
