摘　　要：针对当前数据链端机开发与交付周期不断压缩,后期技术维护保障资源耗费巨大,考虑端机研发过程中的大量参数测试需求,对比传统手工、半手工测试的缺陷,结合自动测试与总线技术的发展,设计基于LXI的数据链端机自动测试系统,达到通用、高效、可靠、自动化的测试目标。Due to the continuous compression of the development and delivery cycle of the current data link terminal, the maintenance and maintenance resources are very expensive. Considering the large parameter testing requirements in the development of the terminal machine, compared with the traditional manual and semi-manual test, combined with the development of automatic test and bus technology, a data link terminal automatic test system base on LXI is designed to achieve the universal, efficient and reliable test target.
